At Charlie B Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our team.
